Will is a recent University at Buffalo graduate, who supports both the construction and operations teams. He works collaboratively with Sinatra and Company’s design partners. When not in the office, he enjoys game night with friends and travel.
Jessica joined Sinatra & Company Real Estate to oversee the operations and leasing of its commercial property. She recently returned to the area from New York City, where who worked in this field. In her free time, Jessica can often be found on a jogging trail.
An integral part of the property management team, with extensive experience working in apartment management. Sharing his between time in the office, and on site working to ensure tenants have a satisfying experience. A sports participant, and fan, Matt is an avid golfer, as well as a Sabres and Bills season ticket holder.
Since inception, Mark has been integral to carrying out the company vision for a new way of providing real estate services. Today, Mark is a leader in the operations of Sinatra and Company’s brokerage and property management departments. A former University at Buffalo football player, he remains an avid fan of UB Bulls sports.
Jeremy joined Sinatra & Company Real Estate in 2017. He supplements the accounting team which oversees financial operations for western New York and Chicago. In addition to professional strengths and qualifications as a CPA, in the summer months, he enjoys playing golf.
With a strong eye for design and detail, coupled with knowledge about construction and development, Matt helps paint the picture behind the scenes. A Buffalo native, he’s a Cornell graduate who played hockey overseas after college, and brings many diverse elements to the development team.
Tom has been with Sinatra & Company Real Estate since the early days. And at this point, he’s hard pressed to find a maintenance issue he hasn’t seen before. An expert at mechanical and maintenance assessments, and generally a great guy to have around.
An Army Veteran, Jack’s mission is to integrate strong standards into the Accounting department. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA form Canisius College. Outside of the office, he’s a music fan, and doesn’t miss a Death Cab for Cutie concert.
Lynn plans an integral, yet behind-the-scenes roll in Sinatra and Company Real Estate’s construction department. She oversees contracts, billing and vendor requirements. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time at home in the South towns.
Ashley enjoys her role working with prospective tenants to make sure their needs, want and budget all collide. She is friendly and personable and an expert at all areas of the city. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends.
Tom is a site-based property manager with a commitment to tenant relations. He enjoys travel and sports when not interacting with his large base of tenants.
Working with the leasing team, Kevin works to meet tenants needs to find the best rental housing option for them. In addition to helping tenants, Kevin also assists buyers and sellers with the purchase and sale of real estate. When Kevin is not with clients, he has recently taken up running, and is looking forward to participating in many friendly office competitions.
Patrick brought strong back ground in both finance, as well as technology, to Sinatra & Company Real Estate. Experienced in commercial and residential property financial operations, he brings a sound navigational sense to the team. He values time with his family when not in the office.
Patrick joined the Sinatra & Company Real Estate team in 2017 to support its growing property operations group.
Gladys comes to work everyday looking to make her tenants happy. She is highly service oriented, but also dives deep into technical operations matters. She also keeps her office mates happy – always one to share a cup of coffee or a hearty laugh.
Cole’s day starts early, and ends late. Despite his long hours, Cole spends most of his time on site. In fact, it likely would take weeks for him to realize his office was the latest adaptive reuse project. When he gets away, his perfect day would be morning kayaking, afternoon scuba diving and a ribeye steak for dinner.
A real estate professional who has spent many years serving residential customers purchasing and selling homes in the area. Committed to professionalism and integrity, Mike is a true client advocate. Mike is also a succesfull business owner, and contributes his time through the volunteer fire department.
Jamie brought with her to Sinatra and Company Real Estate extensive property management experience. One of her best attributes is her commitment to always providing excellent customer service. She is the proud wife of a Buffalo Firefighter and the mother of two beautiful daughters. One other attribute – she is the office fashionista.
An experienced property and building services manager, Wayne brings extensive experience working with commercial buildings, particularly those who are historical in nature. He is key to managing relationships with commercial tenants and the places they occupy.
Mike is an expert on the City of Buffalo, the suburbs and the neighborhoods that make WNY unique. Mike assists potential tenants with locating an apartment that meets their needs, and the leasing process. In addition to residential leasing, Mike is a real estate agent, assisting both commercial and residential property owners.
Mary Teresa’s office door should be revolving. From vendors discussing office purchasing, to new employee’s needing help with paperwork, Mary Teresa handles it all, including multiple special projects. When she is not in the office, she occasionally carves out time for something else she’s very good at — singing.
Overseeing the evaluation, underwriting and management of development projects, Amy enjoys the chance to leave a place better than it was found. In addition to development, Amy is the senior advisor on marketing and brand intitiatives. In her free time she loves photography, and hopes for time to fit in the occasional yoga class.
Sinatra & Company benefits from Linda’s commitment to coordinating its accounts payable operations, and making every detail count. A proud mother of two, she’s very active with her family, and brings a pleasant cheer to the office.
Rhonda joined Sinatra & Company Real Estate as an accounts payable clerk in 2016. She studied accounting locally, and works in the accounting department coordinating invoices, management of documents and data entry. On the weekend she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. When she needs something to make her smile, Mickey Mouse usually does the trick.
Tasio joined Sinatra & Company Real Estate as a Project Coordinator after receiving his degree in political science from State University of New York at Buffalo. Current responsibilities include oversight of utility provider relationships, as well as compliance matters. His free time is filled with sports, comedy and tacos, in no particular order.
Jennifer joined Sinatra & Company Real Estate and hasn’t stopped since. Dedicated to finding her tenants the best home that meets their needs and budget, she stays busy throughout Western New York. In her free time, she enjoys time with friends and family.
A calm in the storm, Amy is a welcome presence amongst the property management team. Quick, efficient and always focused on responsiveness to tenants. She enjoys going four wheeling with her family when time allows.
Tim works in leadership capacity on many different Sinatra & Co. projects. He spends most of his time out in the field, working closely with the construction, development and maintenance teams. Experienced in large-scale, downstate projects, the team is glad he’s returned to Buffalo.
Highly organized, and detail minded, Jennifer is a strong behind-the-scenes member of the team. When she is not behind stacks of files, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband.
