Supporting Our Local Businesses During the COVID-19 Crisis

The coronavirus has wreaked havoc in our economy, shuttering businesses of all types. Small, local businesses have been particularly impacted by this virus, and many face the prospect of never opening their doors again.  That’s where we come in. While the citizens of Buffalo can’t turn back time, we can help our local businesses get through this crisis by supporting them as much as we can. Here, we’ve highlighted just a few of the many businesses that we at Sinatra & Company are proud to call our tenants, and what you, as a Buffalonian, can do to help them out. 

Primary Care of Western New York 

We couldn’t get through this crisis if it wasn’t for the men and women on the front lines. The doctors and nurses at Primary Care of Western New York are just some of the many medical professionals who are putting themselves at risk to provide us with the care that we need. They are currently providing both video telemedicine and telephone appointments so that you can still get the care you need while practicing social distancing.  

Kenmore’s Original Mike’s Subs 

Mike’s Subs has been a staple of the Kenmore community for over 60 years. However, like many local restaurants, they’ve been facing unique challenges in the face of COVID-19. Yet, that hasn’t stopped them from giving Buffalonians their sub or wings fix. Mike’s Subs is currently offering curbside pickup and home delivery, and you can also find them through DoorDash.  

Barre Centric 

Many gyms have been forced to close their doors, and this makes it hard for Buffalonians to stay active. Barre Centric, however, is just one of the many gyms that are offering live stream classes for their members (schedules can be found on their Instagram page). If a gym class isn’t within your budget right now, then no problem! They also provide free classes on their YouTube channel so that everyone can get fit at home. 

Rejuvenere Medical Spa 

While you may not be able to go to their spa in person, Rejuvenere Medical Spa is offering facial kits and other at-home spa packages so that you can pamper yourself even during the coronavirus pandemic. After all, in these stressful times, we need a little TLC to get us through the day. They’re even providing special promotions for Mother’s Day as well as 20% off for medical professionals.  

Rust Belt Love 

Rust Belt Love is known for their exquisite, handmade stationery and invitations. While you may not be needing invitations for your big events any time soon, that doesn’t mean you can’t take advantage of all of the other products they offer. You could send a thoughtful letter to a loved one who’s stuck at home alone, or you could buy one of their uniquely designed puzzles to keep yourself busy throughout the day.
